My name is Felix Deffo, founder and managing director of GANOVEX Talent Mobility UG.
After my studies in Supply Chain Management and my work at international companies such as Michelin, Audi, Hager Group, Mercedes-Benz and Northrop Grumman, I experienced the growing shortage of skilled workers in Germany at first hand.
Out of that experience GANOVEX was born — with the goal of sustainably connecting qualified talent from Africa with companies in Germany.
