Ganovex Talents Mobility is an international recruitment agency that places qualified skilled workers from Africa with German companies. We recruit, vet and support talent from a company's staffing need all the way to arrival and integration in Germany.
We recruit first in Cameroon and expand our network step by step to all of Africa over the next two years. The target market for placement is Germany, and in time further European countries.
We place across more than a dozen fields: engineering, industry, healthcare, care and support, childcare, construction, trades, IT, logistics, agriculture, livestock, gastronomy, and education and training.
For candidates our service is free. The cost of placement is borne entirely by the companies that hire through us.
Placement is handled in a legally sound way under Germany's Skilled Immigration Act (Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz). We support the accelerated skilled-worker procedure (§ 81a AufenthG) as well as the visa and mobility for every candidate.
Ganovex works trilingually in German, French and English. This lets us reach in particular the francophone candidate market in Cameroon, which few competitors serve.
In seven clear steps: company need, candidate search, selection and vetting, presentation, hiring, visa and mobility, and arrival in Germany. Every step is defined and supported by us.
Companies submit their staffing need via the form on the “For Companies” page — position, number, qualification and language requirements. We respond within 48 hours with matching, pre-vetted profiles.
